Run on-site remodeling jobs at customer homes — framing, finish carpentry, and crew coordination. Ideal for experienced tradespeople.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in residential remodeling or carpentry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a small crew
Oversee complex kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home renovations end to end and mentor junior crew leads. Requires strong scheduling and client-communication skills.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience managing residential renovation projects
- Permitting and code-compliance experience
- Leadership and training experience
- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification preferred
Install tile, hardwood, LVP, and carpet flooring, plus backsplashes and shower surrounds, at customer homes.
Requirements:
- Experience with tile setting and flooring installation
- Knowledge of subfloor prep and waterproofing
- Valid driver's license
- Customer-facing experience
